Balanced Scorecard
At B. Braun Avitum everybody has their own balanced scorecard which is derived directly from the overall corporate objectives and measurements . This way overall targets are broken down into individual targets which are all aligned. Top level B. Braun Avitum objectives are cascaded down to areas of responsibility, these are further divided into departments and finally into individual objectives. With this we make sure that the entire B. Braun Avitum Group pursues the same targets.
Methodology
Top Management is determining the company targets which are then distributed among all Managing Directors in the entire group. It is then local responsibility of these Managing Directors to cascade down their "country targets" into departments and from there develop individual balanced scorecards for every individual employee in the organisation.
